These Terms and Conditions are intended to establish the contractual conditions of sale of the online store www.multicoffee.eu, a domain owned by the company Multigoods – Representações Unipessoal, Lda, company private natural person with registered office at Rua do Alto de Sá, nº 116 4620-569 Santa Eulália Vizela, registered in the National Registry of Legal Persons of Portugal with the number NIPC PT 513 567 097 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Vizela with the same number. The company is represented here under the trade name Multicoffee.

By checking the option “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this store”, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

1st Use of the service

The customer agrees to use this service in accordance with the laws and regulations in force that are applicable, as well as the Terms and Conditions established herein. Multicoffee can, at any time, change, totally or partially, the Terms and Conditions established here.

The customer may not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or that may cause any other damage.

Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT, with the exception of those residing in third countries outside the European Union.

The sale process is subject to compliance with the rules defined by Law, on the regime for the prevention and repression of the laundering of illicit assets and financing of terrorism.

2nd Products in the online store

Products duly identified in the respective catalogs can be purchased in our online store.

The unavailability of any product in the online store does not mean that it is out of stock at Multicoffee, and it may be available through another distribution channel of the company.

3rd Intellectual property rights

All the information and content, whether visual or sound, present on the website www.multicoffee.eu are the property of Multicoffee and are protected by Copyright, so any reproduction , copying, use or disclosure, by any means, is subject to prior authorization.

All products marked as third-party brands are sold in our online store with your express authorization.

The Multicoffee brand is a registered trademark, so any use of it is completely prohibited without the express authorization of the owner.

4th Price

The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the respective shipping costs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address of the order.

The price of the products, the electronic payment fee and the shipping cost are duly detailed before the final validation phase of the purchase.

Any other costs resulting from the shipment of orders abroad, such as customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer of the product.

Multicoffee informs that the prices charged in its Online Store are exclusive to it and that they may vary from the prices charged by the sales team.

5th Order

The order of a product, chosen from those in the product catalog, is made by placing it in the shopping cart;
For some products, duly identified in the online store, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of copies or a certain number of days.

6th Return or Right to cancel

The delivery of products purchased in the online store www.multicoffee.eu, respects the legal regulations applicable in Portugal to the exercise of distance trading, by decree-law.
According to the Decree-law The consumer has the right to cancel the contract freely and without any justification.
If he wishes to cancel the contract, the customer must send an unequivocal declaration of intention to cancel the contract to Multicoffee, through this form , or by registered letter to:

The customer has a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which he acquired physical possession of the merchandise to request the right to cancel of the contract. For this period of resolution to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancel is sent before the expiration of the resolution period, after which the return may not be accepted. Multicoffee will acknowledge receipt of the request for the right to cancel of the contract within a maximum period of 48 hours, on business days, by electronic means. From the date of communication of the right to cancel of the contract, the customer has a maximum of 14 days to send all the items that he intends to return to the Multicoffee facilities.
The cancellation request will only take effect when the order number and the customer’s name are indicated.

The customer can exercise his right to total or partial resolution and is responsible for the return costs, that is, the shipping costs, regardless of the status of the claim. Multicoffee will reimburse the customer for payments made for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise by the customer.
Multicoffee reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt and verification of compliance with all returned products. In the case of a partial return of the order, the customer will be reimbursed for the value of the items actually returned. This refund will be made through the same payment method initially used by the customer, whenever possible;
To reimburse the customer in cases where he chooses to pay cash on delivery or Bank Transfer, Multicoffee will return the respective amount by bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated by the customer. We can also contact the customer and if they wish we can refund the amount through a voucher / coupon to be used on www.multicoffee.eu. Apart from those mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, the customer will not incur any additional costs as a result of said refund.

As mentioned above, Multicoffee reserves the right to retain the refund until it has verified the state of use in which the merchandise is returned, as this is a vital condition for the refund to be processed. In accordance with the Decree-Law mentioned above, any article abused and / or manipulated by the client will be considered in breach, following what is described in this point, with special attention to articles that have packaging. / own packaging, which must also be returned in excellent condition and use.

Multicoffee will bear the return shipping costs, when the item is damaged or if there has been an error in its delivery. In other situations, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

7th Payment methods

The products can be paid through the different electronic payment methods available, the eventual costs of which are borne by the customer and charged to the sales document. Electronic payments have the following transaction costs, plus the current legal value of VAT:

Payment by Paypal – 2.90% + € 0.40€

8th delivery period

In Europe, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the date of receipt of the order payment. In the event that the delivery is not carried out successfully, the order will be left at an agent or collection point in order to allow the collection of the merchandise at no additional cost to the customer. The client will be notified by mail, written message, telephone call or similar indication in these cases.

Order deliveries may, in specific cases, be delayed due to a shortage of stocks or logistical difficulties.

9th Customer account registration

Individual registration in the online store is done under «My account / Registration».
This registration allows a simpler purchase process, with the registration of the customer’s identification data, allowing immediate customer recognition, without the need to retype.

For the resolution of the controversies derived from this contract, the jurisdiction of the District of Guimarães is competent, expressly waiving any other.

Make an order

The order and purchase process is only possible after creating a customer account and / or logging into our online store, which must follow the different sequential steps of the process that will allow the registration of the purchase.

Terms and payment methods

Once the order process is completed in the customer’s personal account, the purchase will be registered and the customer will have a period, indicated in the selected payment method, to proceed with the payment of the same. After this period, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be canceled. Some payment methods allow the registration of the data necessary to carry out the payment transaction. However, in this context, the client’s personal data will not be kept, so its management must be carried out directly with the respective service provider. Situations in which the service provider allows the management of personal data to be carried out directly on our website are reserved, in which case, provided that the applicable legal provisions are complied with, in particular with regard to the protection of personal data, the indications issued by the first. Payment Methods

Multicoffee offers the following payment methods for purchases made in our online store:

Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.

As soon as you complete the ordering process, an email will be sent to you with the company’s bank details, ie the IBAN, to make the bank transfer. The customer will receive these coordinates in the order confirmation email.

As expected, the order will ship the next day if the transfer reaches our account before 12:00 on a business day. Orders paid after this time will be expected to ship the next business day.

Notice: the bank transfer has a limited validity of 3 business days, failure to verify the payment within this period will lead to the cancellation of the order.

Credit card

The customer will be able to pay by credit card, taking advantage of liquidity and payment conditions offered by his bank.

As expected, the order will ship the same day if payment is made before 12:00 on a business day. Orders paid after this time will be expected to ship the next business day.

Warning: Payments are always made in euros, even when prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge exchange fees. Multicoffee is totally oblivious to this fact, so it does not assume any responsibility for it.


Paypal payments are made by redirecting to the Paypal payment platform.

As soon as you complete the ordering process, a window will open to log in with your Paypal account.

To make the payment you must choose to follow the steps presented on the platform and confirm your purchase.

As expected, the order will ship the same day if payment is made before 12:00 on a business day. Orders paid after this time will be expected to ship the next business day.

Shipping Orders

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the shipping number assigned and a link that will allow you to track the order on website of the carrier. The customer may also access this link by logging into their account and clicking on the “Orders” tab, available on the login page, and also accessing the “Tracking” page provided in the “Customer Support” section at the bottom of our online store. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address specified by the customer when placing them.

Delivery Services

Multicoffee provides several regular delivery services, which are subject to the specific procedures of each carrier, namely with regard to the data necessary to carry out the service, the modalities, deadlines, transport costs and constraints associated with the specifics of the orders to be delivered and the mechanisms for validating the identity of the recipient of the purchase or the third party representing him. Multicoffee is oblivious to any change in the conditions of the service provided by the carriers, and is solely responsible for ensuring that the procedures followed by them in the delivery process correspond to the terms in force at the time of completion of the purchase.

The delivery options presented may vary depending on the type of products to be delivered, the geographic area of ​​destination, the desired delivery mode (delivery to address or pick-up point).

The expected delivery time are 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of payment of the order, or in case the order has been made by the payment method “On Delivery”, upon completion of the order.

Notice: We apologize for any delay in delivery due to bad weather, strikes and holidays. We depend on an external third party for the delivery of our products.

The customer can therefore choose to receive the order at an address of their choice. To do so, simply provide the address where you will be present between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on the day scheduled for delivery. A delivery attempt will be made, by a courier of the chosen transport service, to the indicated address.

Warning: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the courier route on the day of delivery, which is defined by the service of transport.

The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to Multicoffee and incur additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing data indicated.

Differently, the option for the mode of collection at the collection point will be, under penalty of returning the same to Multicoffee, subject to a deadline for the order collection, not less than seven days but exclusively determined by the selected carrier and communicated by SMS/E-MAIL sent directly to the customer.

Notice: in any case, for reasons of service organization and carrier distribution procedures, the recipient’s identification data will be printed on a label which will be placed on the outside of the shipping box. In the case of customers’ personal data, it is advisable to destroy or erase them after receiving the order in order to prevent such data from being consulted by third parties after disposing of the packaging at the recycling points.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system and may depend on the following factors:

– actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);

– order value;

– delivery address;

– carrier tariffs, which are periodically updated.

Also, shipping costs will be automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.

All specific purchase conditions will be clearly stated in the order process and immediately prior to confirmation of the respective purchase.

Refund of Shipping Fees

There are two situations in which the issue of reimbursement of shipping costs may be raised:

i) Non-delivery of the order for reasons attributable to Multicoffee or the carrier: the customer will be fully refunded the amount he may have paid for shipping costs. Multicoffee’s Customer Service will contact the customer to confirm the right to reimbursement of postage and to provide any further clarification on this issue.

ii) Error in the product(s) shipped or the shipment of defective product(s): the customer will be fully refunded the amount he may have paid for shipping costs only if the error or defect occurs in all the products shipped.

In all other cases, the customer will bear the costs of returning the items.

Within a maximum period of 48 hours, Multicoffee will acknowledge receipt of the communication of the intention to terminate the contract.

Notice: Refunds can be made via the original payment method, by bank transfer or via a refund coupon. The option for the refund method using a refund coupon will depend on the express expression of this wish by the customer. In this case, the customer accepts the condition that the refund coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the coupon and, after that period, there will be no further refund.

Procedures applicable in case of incident recording

In the event that a prepaid order* is returned to Multicoffee for reasons attributable to Multicoffee, the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded, including costs related to shipping and handling and of return.

*Prepaid orders are those paid by Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer.

The customer will be able to opt for a refund in the original payment method, bank transfer or via a refund coupon that can be used in a future order. The coupon will have a validity of 12 mfrom its creation date. After this period, there will be no refund of any kind. If the original payment was made by Multibanco, if authorized, the customer will be contacted to, if desired, provide the bank details necessary to make the refund.

If the reason for the failed delivery and return of the order is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, regardless of the payment method chosen, the customer will have to submit a written complaint that will be analyzed by the freight forwarder. Alternatively, and always depending on the customer’s prior and express consent, the complaint presented by the customer to Multicoffee may be sent to the carrier in support of the incident created on the grounds of non-delivery.

Exchanges & Returns


The customer must return the item(s), request a refund and make a new purchase. The entire return process is duly described in the item Returns below, to which we refer for the purpose of determining the conditions applicable to the acceptance of the products to be exchanged.

Notice: Multicoffee reserves the right to accept the return of products for future exchange if the customer, at his own expense, proceeds with the respective return to the warehouse identified below and the product is received in the terms described in the item Returns below, namely with regard to the state of conservation. Following this, and if the product is considered suitable for re-entry into stock, a gift coupon will be issued for the same product to be applied to a future order, and the conditions of use of this coupon provided for in the Coupons tab will apply. . If the returned product is not in the conditions described below, the customer will be sent a message of non-acceptance of the return indicating the deadline for the collection, in that warehouse, of the originally sent product.

Refund Methods

Multicoffee will endeavor to refund the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned order in the warehouse indicated below.

If payment was made by credit card or Paypal, the refund will be made using the same method as the original payment.

If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, the customer will be asked to provide the details of the bank account to which he wants the refund amount to be transferred.

The customer can also choose to be refunded via a discount coupon, regardless of the original payment method. The coupon will be valid for 12 months from its creation date. After this period, there will be no refund of any kind.

Return Costs

If Multicoffee is notified and it is confirmed that there has been an error in the product(s) shipped or a shipment of defective product(s), Multicoffee will support the costs of return upon collection, at the delivery address, of the product(s) in question. To this end, the Multicoffee Customer Service will contact the customer to schedule the said collection and to provide any further clarification on this topic.


In addition to the conditions specifically provided for in the previous number, the customer must also pay attention to whether the product he intends to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and if, by this reason, benefited from some offer product. This being the case, the customer must return not only the product in question but also the offer that was awarded to him with his purchase. Both products must comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

It is only possible to return a pack in its entirety. If the customer wishes to return a product that belongs to a pack, he/she must return all the products that constitute that pack. All products must comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

Return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or box, or products with evidence of having been used, will not be accepted. The following will not be accepted: the return of offers or products obtained by converting CoffeePoints, the return of products that have an expiration date of less than one month. Multicoffee thus reserves the right to assess the condition of the packaging of the products, deciding on the possibility of returning or not the respective items if it is concluded that their packaging is not intact.

Warnings: The lack of any element that prevents the product from being placed back in stock for sale, namely the respective boxes/packaging sealed in the original condition of supply, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the return.

Each of the articles toreturn must, therefore, be shipped under the conditions listed above, and the shipping company’s label must be affixed to the original shipping box, or another alternative that guarantees the good conservation of the product, which is destroyed after confirming the state of conservation of the ) returned product(s). If any of the conditions mentioned above are not met, the customer will lose the right to be reimbursed, in which case they will have 10 days to collect the item(s) in question at the facilities indicated above, bearing the costs of the respective collection. The collection must be carried out by a freight forwarder hired by the customer as it is not possible for individuals to collect the order in person, even if it is the customer himself.

What are CoffeePoints

CoffeePoints are points that the customer earns when purchasing any product in our online store. For every €1 spent on our online store, you earn 1 CoffeePoint.

How do I know how many CoffeePoints I can earn with each order?

In the order confirmation email after payment, you will receive the information at the bottom, together with your personal data. You can also check your points and movements on the page CoffeePoint.

What are CoffeePoints for?

CoffeePoints obtained with each purchase will be accumulated in the customer’s account to be used in future orders, without the need to exchange them for the next purchase. You can use your CoffeePoints at any time, in any order, just select the CoffeePoints you want to use on the cart page.

Are CoffeePoints valid?

Yes, CoffeePoints are valid for 12 months and this period starts from the date of completion of the order process.

How can I exchange my CoffeePoints?

The customer can select the CoffeePoints he wants to use, on the cart page, depending on the number of CoffeePoints available in his account. This CoffeePoints exchange process will always be limited to a maximum total of 1000 convertible CoffeePoints per purchase. After selecting the desired offers, the customer must click on “Checkout” in the lower right corner of the page.

How can I confirm that my CoffeePoints have actually been redeemed in the order?

When checking the products of your order in the “Checkout” section, the CoffeePoints redeemed in the previous section will be presented in the table right after the shipping costs and will be discounted to the value total amount payable for your order. How can I earn more CoffeePoints?

Customer can earn more CoffeePoints by commenting on products purchased from our online store. For this purpose, the customer must write a brief comment about the product, alluding to its characteristics or level of quality and select the Send option, which will represent your explicit, informed and current consent to its possible publication. Thus, verifying that the comment complies with the internal guidelines established in this matter, it will be approved and published on our website, namely, on the page of the commented article. The customer will receive 10 CoffeePoints for each approved comment.

What is the value of a CoffeePoint?

The conversion rate for each CoffeePoint is as follows: 1 CoffeePoint = 0.01€.

Where can I find detailed information about my CoffeePoints?

The customer can consult the history of accumulation and use of their CoffeePoints through their account in our online store. To do this, simply log in with your usual login details, access the CoffeePoints page at the bottom of our website. On this page, the customer can see how many CoffeePoints he earned with each product and the respective quantities ordered, the current position of the total value of CoffeePoints in his account and the total amount of CoffeePoints available and in process.

What does it mean to have CoffeePoints “in processing”?

The meaning will be different depending on the selected payment method. If you chose to pay by collection, having CoffeePoints “in process” means that the delivery of the order in which the customer has earned CoffeePoints has not yet been confirmed by the freight forwarder. CoffeePoints are available in the respective customer accounttion as soon as the freight forwarder confirms to MULTICOFFEE the delivery of the same and as soon as the status of the order changes to “Completed”. If you have chosen another payment method, having CoffeePoints “in process” means that the order for which the customer has earned CoffeePoints has not yet been shipped and invoiced. CoffeePoints are available in the respective customer account as soon as the order status changes to “Completed”.

CoffeePoints I earned and redeemed for a particular order are not listed in the CoffeePoints history. What happened?

This situation can happen for one of the following reasons:

· The order has been canceled: the CoffeePoints used and accumulated in that order have been canceled and, therefore, are no longer included in the CoffeePoints history.

· The order was returned to MULTICOFFEE: the CoffeePoints used and accumulated in that order were canceled as soon as the order entered the warehouse and thus no longer appear in the CoffeePoints history.

· The customer has returned one or more products purchased in his order: as soon as the return of the order has been processed, the CoffeePoints earned with these products have been canceled and therefore no longer appear from the CoffeePoints history.

· The customer received one or more damaged products: after handling the complaint with the Customer Service, the CoffeePoints earned on the purchased products were canceled and therefore no longer appear in the CoffeePoints history.

· The customer has not received one or more products of his order: after handling the complaint with our Customer Service, the CoffeePoints earned on the purchased products were canceled and, by this, they are no longer included in the CoffeePoints history.

My CoffeePoints balance is negative. What happened?

This situation can happen for one of the following reasons:

· An order was returned to MULTICOFFEE, and the customer exchanged the CoffeePoints accumulated in that order, in a subsequent order: the CoffeePoints of an order returned to MULTICOFFEE are canceled when the order is received at MULTICOFFEE Logistics Center. The CoffeePoints balance is updated once the return process is complete. Thus, if the customer places a new order and uses the CoffeePoints earned on the returned order, the balance will be negative.

· An order has been totally or partially returned and the customer has used part or all of the CoffeePoints earned with the purchase of those product(s) in that same order: the CoffeePoints earned in purchase of a product are canceled whenever that item is returned to our facilities. Thus, if the customer exchanges the CoffeePoints earned with that product and subsequently decides to return the product, the CoffeePoints balance will be negative.

Can I exchange all of my CoffeePoints in a single order?

For each order it is possible to exchange the CoffeePoints accumulated in previous purchases, up to a total value corresponding to the order where you want to discount the value.

Coupons / Vouchers

Multicoffee offers several types of coupons with different purposes and conditions of use, whose use option is up to the customer. The application of any coupon will, however, depend on the insertion and validation of its identifying code in the text box specifically provided for this purpose in the first step of the ordering process.

Refund Coupons

They are an option provided by Multicoffee in order to expedite the refund to the customer. They take the form of alphanumeric codes and are provided by Customer Service, via email. These coupons result from the treatment of incidents relating to products sent by Multicoffee or from returns made by customers and always assume the amount paid for the product in question, for discount on future orders. A refund coupon is valid for 12 months, counting from the date of its creation, and can be used for multiple purposes. Thus, the coupon will only be inactive when its balance and/or validity has expired. They are cumulative coupons, so their use does not prevent them from being used simultaneously with other coupons.

Product shipping coupons on future order

A product replacement option provided by Multicoffee. They take the form of alphanumeric codes and are provided by Customer Service, via email. They result from the handling of incidents related to products sent by Multicoffee or even from returns made by customers.

They allow the customer to add the products in question to their new order, without any additional cost. The respective validity will be determined and communicated when suggesting/creating the coupon.

Commercial Coupons

Results from the interaction between the customer and the Customer Service, in the exchange of suggestions, improvements and complaints. They reflect Multicoffee’s constant concern to raise the level of customer satisfaction and take the form of alphanumeric codes and are provided by the Customer Support service, via e-mail. Their application is unique, so that the non-full use of the value associated with them implies the loss of the right to the remaining balance on the coupon. The respective validity will be determined and communicated when suggesting/creating the coupon.

Promotional Campaign Coupons

Allow the customer to take advantage of promotions disclosed through Multicoffee’s direct means of communication, such as e-mail or social networks, or by partners or representatives of Multicoffee. They are presented in the form of alphanumeric or exclusively alphabetic codes.

Promotions obtained through this type of coupons are immediately reflected in the shopping cart, whether it is an effective discount on the order value or the addition of free items.

The validity and use of this type of coupons is specific to each campaign and is subject to the conditions described in the media.
